

Anti-Aging is Not What You Think
...or how I beat my age



Sitting in a park in berlin, age 60, and yes, still drinking alcohol, not so much these days, but mostly in the form of German wheat beer.

My Personal Anti-Aging Experiment
I’m 61 years old.
Most people assume I’m somewhere in my mid-40s.
Not because I followed a perfect health routine quite the contrary, as a world travelling Dj my lifestyle
looked like this- for decades:

long nights as a DJ on the road

irregular sleep
-
alcohol
-
constant travel and stress
-
a diet alternating between healthy vegetarian meals and whatever was available after shows​​​​​
Yet today my energy, recovery capacity, and physical resilience resemble those of a healthy 45-year-old ands I can train with 20 and 30 year olds.
What is the remedy?
....to my lifestyle or anybodies lifestyle?
How much does frequency, resonance, and nervous system coherence influence the way our bodies age?

Exploring light, sound, and vibrational environments gradually became a long-term personal experiment.
These are my two most important to go to remedies for de-aging:
1. Light: The Body’s Primary Energy Signal
Sunlight is more than illumination — it is a fundamental biological signal.Human cells evolved under constant exposure to natural light, and modern research shows that photons from sunlight influence numerous regulatory systems in the body, including circadian rhythms, hormone balance, and mitochondrial activity.
Morning sunlight in particular helps synchronize the circadian clock, which regulates sleep, metabolism, and cellular repair processes. Exposure to natural light also stimulates vitamin D synthesis and supports the body’s internal timing systems that coordinate recovery and regeneration.In simple terms:
light tells the body when to wake, repair, and restore itself.Regular exposure to natural light therefore remains one of the most fundamental ways to maintain biological balance.
In Short: Get as Much Photones "Lightfood"as Possible.
And Do Not UseSunscreen. Ever. It's poisonous. Wear T-shirts or long sleaves. Do not wear shades. Both block photons.

2. Sound and Frequency: Restoring Nervous System Coherence
The nervous system plays a central role in how the body ages.
Chronic stress, sleep disruption, and constant stimulation keep the body in a prolonged sympathetic “fight-or-flight” state, which is strongly associated with accelerated biological aging, inflammation, and reduced cellular recovery.
Sound and frequency can influence this system.
Research in areas such as vibroacoustic therapy, auditory entrainment, and neuroacoustics shows that certain rhythmic sound environments can shift brainwave activity and support activation of the parasympathetic nervous system — the physiological state responsible for repair, regeneration, and recovery.
This is where targeted frequency environments become interesting.
Through carefully designed Solfeggio-based soundscapes and personalized frequency compositions, the intention is to help the nervous system move out of chronic stress patterns and back toward coherence.
When the body spends more time in regenerative states, several key processes associated with healthy aging can improve:
